Endometrial Biopsy (EMB) for Evaluation of Cycle Abnormalities or Postmenopausal Bleeding

During an endometrial biopsy, a small tissue sample of the uterine lining is taken for laboratory analysis to reveal the cause of menstrual abnormalities or postmenopausal bleeding. This is a simple office procedure that is performed using a very small catheter or “straw” that is inserted in the uterus to obtain the tissue sample for review by a pathologist.

Skin Tag Removal

Skin tags are small, benign growths on the skin that are generally harmless. However, they can grow in sensitive areas like the groin, under the breasts, or in the folds of the buttocks, thereby causing pain and discomfort if they rub against your skin or clothing. If your skin tags are bothering you for any reason, we can remove them quickly and safely with a variety of treatment methods.

Incision & Drainage (I&D)

Incision and drainage is the surgical method of lancing or piercing a boil or abscess to release pus and other fluids that have built up under the skin and to facilitate quicker and complete healing.

Genital Wart Removal

We offer a variety of treatments for removing genital warts, including topical medications or surgical excision. After evaluation, we will discuss which course of action is best suited to your needs.

Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) for Infertility & Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Evaluation

A hysterosalpingogram is a special type of x-ray procedure that can reveal any blockages of one or both of your Fallopian tubes or structural abnormalities that can cause infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss (miscarriages), or hinder a successful pregnancy. It is a simple outpatient procedure which is performed at an imaging center or hospital.

Colposcopy

A colposcopy is a procedure that uses a colposcope (a special type of microscope) to closely examine the cervix, vagina, and vulva. This procedure is typically recommended after abnormalities in cervical cancer screenings are identified or certain skin abnormalities are detected.
